We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you would like to return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form to include in the package.
**OUR LOCKDOWN SELF CARE BOXES ARE NON RETURNABLE. We will be able to exchange the tie dye loungewear pieces to an alternate size should your selection not fit.
Please note that our handmade sets are made to order and are therefore returnable for exchange or store credit only! Vintage sets are also non-refundable as they are one of a kind pieces with specific sizing, so we will be allowing exchanges to alternative sizes only. Please refer to our FAQ page for further details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Swimwear must have hygiene seals in tact.
Please note we will not be able to accept your return without the returns note.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you requested an exchange, you will then receive a notification via email of a new order, which may require postage payment or additional payment if the new item value differs. If you have requested a refund, it will be processed within 5 working days.
Sale items can be returned for exchange or store credit only. Sale items over 50% off will be final sale(non returnable)
Once you have made an order, unfortunately we are unable to cancel. Please notify if you need to change any details ASAP and hopefully we will be able to fulfil the request.
